>>Peoplewho do aerobics exercise have better memory than those who don't,  new research published in Neurolimage has shown.
>>Researchers from the US came a conclusion after studying young healthy adults, both sexes aged 18-35.They measured the participants performance on memory test and their aerobic fitness levels, then used magnetic resonance elastography (MRE), which measures the firmness and elasticity of body organ,  to measure this in the brain at a region called hippocampus, which is associated with the memory.
>>Participants with higher fitness levels had firmer and more elastic tissues in the brain part, than those who were less fit.They even score the highest in memory test.
>> Aerobics exercise stimulate the and breathing rate in a way it can be sustained throughout the workout.Example :- running, swimming, dancing...
>> They also strengthen the heart, build stamina, boost moods and assist in general wellbeing.
